We’re looking for a Senior Operational Technology (OT) Support Specialist to join our Corporate Group and play a key role in supporting and advancing our operational technology infrastructure. Although the role is based in Tewkesbury, this role will involve supporting all UK sites and will involve some occasional travel (around 25%). What You’ll Do

• As a Senior OT Support Specialist, you’ll be the technical backbone of our operational systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance across Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Quality, Clean Rooms, and Inspection areas. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating installation and integration of OT systems onto Moog’s test and production networks
• Providing schedule-critical support for OT assets and infrastructure
• Maintaining inventory and lifecycle plans for specialized technology
• Developing business continuity strategies for OT systems
• Supporting site operations in selecting new equipment aligned with Moog’s standards
• Acting as site liaison for network/system upgrades
• Collaborating with Corporate IT to resolve technical issues
• Driving upgrades and improvements to keep systems state-of-the-art
• Identifying and implementing systemic improvements across operations

What You’ll Bring

• We’re looking for someone with deep technical expertise and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT or OT support (or equivalent professional experience)
• Advanced knowledge of software, operating systems, hardware, and networking
• Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other industrial control systems
• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) or comparable experience
• A passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning
