Description
The Senior Operations Account Manager administers long-term strategic plans for the growth of the organization. Assists in the development of strategies for identifying and responding to business development opportunities, which may include internal expansion into new markets or external expansion via partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures. Develops and maintains positive relationships with partners and ensures ongoing satisfaction of the partner organization. Gathers and analyzes data evaluating new business opportunities or assessing potential markets, to assist executive teams in decision making and planning. * Lead and manage client relationships throughout project implementation and ongoing operations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. * Identify, assess, and manage operational risks in close coordination with the Project Manager. * Support the Commercial team by identifying business opportunities, introducing clients, coordinating meetings and presentations, and following up on action items in collaboration with the Commercial Director. * Identify and develop relationships with potential local partners and service providers, including setting up partnerships and agreements in collaboration with the Commercial Director and Operations Director. * Represent the company at transportation and industry events across the West Coast, actively participating in and building strategic networks.
