Leading home service company is seeking results-oriented data mining individual to add to our company. The Sr. Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing KPI Reporting for Executive Team. In this key you will partner with our Operations Executive Team to create / optimize programs through data mining. You will ensure operational efficiency and Cost KPIs are being met. You will manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s, as well as oversee initiatives to improve the overall process. You will assist in managing Claims, Vendors, Team Staffing as well as Call Center efficiency. Ideal candidate will be self-starter and independent worker, who is comfortable working in the weeds mining data while helping to drive the big picture. You will be an expert in excel. If you are not a data/xls junkie do not apply.
Position is ONSITE at all times.

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Experience as Data Analyst/ Operation Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business with an Analytics focus
• Proficiency & Advance skill level working in Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to strategically plan and prioritize efforts
• Positive & professional demeanor
• 3+ Years Proven Success
• Nice to have: experience using SQL as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

• Collect, Build, and Analyze Reports!
• Develop and present learnings from data analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations
• Assist in development of operational measurements & strategies
• Create weekly and monthly dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports
• Monitor and analyze vendor efficiency and success, with a focus on the category and competition
