Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our team as SR Operations Manager to join our NTSG – Network Technology Solutions Group. As part of Operations Team, you will collaborate with cross functional teams and suppliers to align on DDR technology roadmap, internal product development cycle, ASICS/DDR qualification window and lead time, closely monitor demand, manage supply to support NPI qualification schedule and volume production to enable revenue shipment. Work with internal team to develop proper systems and tools for approval, reporting and tracking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with S&OP and Factory Operations to ensure proper demand is released and loaded to supplier and CM, aligning to the customer orders or potential orders.
Partner with GOQ (BOPS, Global Logistics, Customer Ops, Procurement) and legal compliance team to ensure order process and fulfillment process is carried out smoothly to meet on time delivery KPI to customers.
Ensure system transaction accuracy. Investigate and resolve all order transaction related discrepancies, including root cause analysis and communication to help prevent future issues.
Act as a key contact window and voice for AMD sales/field team and customers. Timely update on shipment status. Expedite with internal partners to resolve any issues in expedited fashion.
Monitor ERP system integrity and drive business system gaps. Work with GOQ, IT and Finance to automate system transactions to improve efficiency and minimize error.
Own finished goods inventory management (Boards and ASIC) and support finished goods inventory reduction initiatives.
