Description

Overview Responsible for smooth execution of FGWH dock operations. Responsible for depletion of critical stock and tracking of stock shipped from FG floor. Responsibilities • Circulation of daily stock movement report of Sundar plant • Circulation of shift ASRS activity report • Tracking of manual stock receiving and loading of stock from manual area • Tracking of critical stock liquidation • Ensuring for timely shipping of quality/R&D sampling case as per shared locations • Execution of monthly stock count. • Co-man, physical stock receiving • Handling of expire and damage stock and execution of its crushing as per PepsiCo control policy • Handling of market returned stock due to any reason (wrong ordering, wrong loading) • Handling and tracking of ASRS abnormalities • Ensuring for compliance against liquidation of stock into required trade i-e tier-1, tier-2, KLIP Qualifications Knowledge BA/BSc/BCom Degree + relevant experience Understanding of all control systems Knowledge of safety procedures and protocol Knowledge of ASRS system and inventory handling Knowledge of Microsoft excel Experience 2-3 years Competencies · Motivational Fit · Teamwork · Attention to detail · Continuous Improvement · Result Oriented
