Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle CPQ Cloud.
  • Work with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to define and improve CPQ processes.
  • Architect, design, and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Define and document CPQ architecture, including data models, workflows, and integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, IT, and external vendors, to optimize the CPQ process.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support CPQ integrations with ERP, CRM (Salesforce, Oracle CX), and other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain rules, constraints, workflows, approvals, and pricing structures within CPQ.
  • Ensure best practices for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project team.
  • Support continuous improvements and enhancements to optimize quote-to-cash (QTC) processes
  • Strong expertise in configuration, commerce, document engine, and integrations within CPQ.
  • Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP solutions.
  • Proficiency in BML (BigMachines Language), SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of pricing, discounting, approvals, and workflow automation in CPQ.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of CPQ solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with guided selling, UI customization, and advanced rules configuration.
