Summary: A Senior Analyst HRIS is responsible for managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support HR operations and business objectives. They analyze, configure, and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. The role involves troubleshooting issues, generating reports, and supporting HR teams with system related queries. The role is responsible for helping facilitate, gather, and document end-user requirements, system configuration and testing. HRIS Analysts II also collaborates with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. They play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR technology systems, improving HR processes, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
