Sr. Paid Media Strategist - SEM, PPC, Paid Social (WFH/Remote) Application Deadline: 31 December 2025 Department: Paid Media Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Reporting To: Associate Director of Paid Media Description Senior Paid Media Strategists play an important role at Mad Fish; this position is directly responsible for managing a significant portion of our paid media client portfolio. They possess an advanced degree of experience with paid media such that they are capable of connecting strategy directly to a client's business objectives without hesitation. Tasked with the creation and continually optimizing paid media strategies, Senior Paid Media Strategists autonomously develop and execute cutting edge cross-channel paid media strategies with the utmost precision. They rely on a wealth of experience to construct solutions to emerging challenges for the paid media team. As an experienced resource for the agency, Senior Paid Media Strategists are driving Mad Fish’s collective knowledge forward through calculated testing, critical thinking, and a steadfast commitment to improving our services. About You You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with creating, managing and optimizing full funnel campaign strategies within Google Ads in an agency environment, including experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, and Shopping campaign types You have a minimum of 5 years of experience creating, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, X) You must be confident in your ability to develop multi-channel paid media strategies that connect directly to the client’s business objectives, delivering quantifiable results You have recent experience developing, implementing, and optimizing cross-platform B2B Lead Generation strategies Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking troubleshooting, and data validation strongly preferred You are an excellent communicator, proficient in leading reporting calls with marketing directors, CMOs and business owners You are a reporting wiz, drawing data driven insights to report regularly on performance and testing. You have an advanced understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and expedite your analysis through the use of these tools You possess a master level understanding of web analytics and attribution models to the extent that can identify and correct abnormal patterns You make decisions based on data You run tests with a clearly defined purpose and methodology resulting in actionable learnings You have an advanced understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel You are organized and methodical, able to manage multiple and shifting priorities You manage your time effectively to meet deadlines in spite of unforeseen occurrences You love collaboration and have a creative spirit You learn with passion and look to capitalize on educational opportunities You thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize well Additional Notes At this time, Mad Fish Digital is only able to offer employment to those residing within the United States.
