To study all the incoming material into the sanding area To allocate proper resources as per the planning sheet To supervise the color schemes while tuning the shades To monitor the various processes functioning in the paint shop To keep a record of all the approved samples To train and impart new methods in the sanding shop To recommend new techniques and new ideas To visit the sites if required to when requirement arises To look out for skilled artisans locally To take up all the instructions from the dept head

Responsibilities

The Sr. Painting Incharge is responsible for supervising the sanding area and ensuring proper resource allocation. They will monitor processes in the paint shop and keep records of approved samples.
