Description
As a Senior Paralegal here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide advanced legal support and assistance to ensure the effective management of legal affairs, including contract preparation, compliance, and risk mitigation. You will play a key role in supporting the legal team by conducting research, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between legal and business teams. You will report directly to our IP Law department, and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley location on a Hybrid Schedule. (Honeywell Aerospace requires employees to work fully onsite during the first 90 days of employment.) In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations within Honeywell Aerospace, helping to safeguard the company’s interests and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:  * Assist in managing patent-related legal documents to support business operations. * Facilitate invention disclosure harvesting, processing, and docketing, in coordination with internal stakeholders and patent counsel. * Manage patent evaluation committees and ensure timely dispositioning of invention disclosures. * Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate legal processes and ensure timely resolution of legal matters.
