As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our product offerings, and building strong relationships with our partners. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Proven experience in partner growth management, with a focus on the travel industry * Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce and Google Analytics * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Strong knowledge of the travel industry and trends * Fluency in multiple languages, preferably including English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand product offerings * Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction * Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize partner performance and drive revenue growth * Develop and manage partner marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and improve customer experience * Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions * Identify and pursue opportunities for new partnerships and revenue streams * Develop and manage partner onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless partner experience * Lead and manage a team of partner growth managers to drive business growth and expand product offerings
