POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr Partner, Talent Enablement is responsible for assessing the leadership, learning, and performance development needs of the Organization. The individual will utilize this information to develop, manage and execute a strategic learning and development plan for a respective area of the business. The individual provides strategic guidance to leadership and focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and change management, inclusive of organizational design needs. The incumbent also partners with assigned leadership across the business to drive organizational objectives while leveraging cross-functional partners. assessing the leadership, learning, and performance development needs of the Organization.
This role will evaluate the effectiveness of programs using assessment tools that measure qualitative and quantitative (ROI) results.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Instructional / Organizational Design, Human Resources, Education, or equivalent experience – Masters Degree preferred
  • 7+ years in progressive HR or related business experience in lieu of degree, including 3+ years significant senior leadership support and organizational development work experience
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and skill gap analysis. Mastery of principles of adult learning, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
  • Fluent in instructional design theory and practical application.
  • Experience in creating and facilitating development programs for individual contributors up to executive level management.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in diagnosing and providing insights and feedback on group/team effectiveness dynamics
  • Knowledgeable in the development of online training classes and the use of a learning management system.
  • Well-developed consultative skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences including senior organizational leaders
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys and/or engagement strategies

CRITICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong team orientation – ability to collaborate with HR team members and leaders to design solutions
  • Experience delivering assessments such as 360, emotional intelligence etc. and coaching teams and/or individuals on results.
  • Current leadership training certifications a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective and efficient program and project manager
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Able to collaborate and work effectively and efficiently with cross functional teams.
  • Highly creative and able to think outside the box to develop solutions that will impact all employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply what is learned in practical mean

Responsibilities
  • On an ongoing basis, assesses organizational learning and development needs for Restaurant Technologies and builds targeted learning programs and activities to close these gaps. Targeted focus will be management and executive development programs.
  • Partners with cross functional teams, human resource managers and functional departments to develop, manage and execute the strategic learning & development calendar for Restaurant Technologies to achieve organizational goals. Manages the employee engagement survey process; partners with leaders and the HR team on communication and action planning to address areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Learning Program Development & Management - Leads the instructional design and development of learning programs focused on competencies, skills, behaviors and functional knowledge. Strategically partners with outside vendors as needed to develop and/or execute programs. Leads the high potential development program.
  • Training Evaluation - Assesses training curriculum, employee assessment and diagnostic tools and programs for their ability to develop skills, behaviors, and knowledge, as well as the return that each program has for the business.
  • Facilitation - Facilitates training programs in instructor-led environments.
  • Drives assigned lines of business talent strategy through talent reviews, succession planning, and coaching to build organizational capacity for continued corporate growth.
  • Builds team capabilities through organizational design and guides change management initiatives.
  • Identifies and diagnoses talent and organizational opportunities and partners to implement solutions.
  • Cultivates close partnerships with HR leaders and organizational development to address opportunities such as workforce development, key employee retention, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify development opportunities, create and deploy appropriate tools and programs.
  • Delivers the strategic HR initiatives within assigned client groups by providing effective coaching and guidance in all HR areas to improve employee development, talent, performance management, organizational performance and employee engagement.
