MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in healthcare, business administration, or another closely related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of work experience in healthcare, or other high reliability field or closely related field with at least three (3) years of specific experience in a process improvement and/or quality role.
JOB PURPOSE:
Specializes in bringing change to the organization through surveillance and analysis of clinical and operational processes. Performs systematic review of complex processes related to Piedmonts Patient Safety Management Program including multidisciplinary root cause analysis, safety rounding and internal audits. Drives quality improvement through collection and timely dissemination of reliable information related to quality, safety and service.
