About Job As a key member of the EOR Partner Payroll team at Multiplier, the Sr Payroll Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls. This position involves working closely with the operations team, accounting department, and external stakeholders to manage the payroll process, from data collection and processing to payment and compliance. The successful candidate will be expected to possess a deep understanding of payroll regulations and be able to navigate complex payroll scenarios with ease. The Sr Payroll Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll will have the autonomy to develop and implement payroll processes, lead a team of payroll specialists, and contribute to the development of the company's payroll strategy. Skills & Qualification Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a global or EOR environment Excellent knowledge of payroll regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritization skills Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including ADP, Paychex, or similar tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of payroll specialists Responsibilities Manage the payroll process, including data collection, processing, payment, and compliance, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the successful delivery of payroll services Collaborate with the operations team, accounting department, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processing and payment Analyze payroll data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive efficiency and cost savings Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including payroll software providers and benefits administrators Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, responding to payroll-related queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Contribute to the development of the company's payroll strategy, working closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
