You know how to diagnose organizational needs, coach leaders, and implement scalable programs that strengthen culture, performance, and engagement. What You’ll Do: As the Senior People & Culture Partner – Operations, you’ll be the on-site HR leader supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment — visible on the floor, building trust with teams, and serving as a day-to-day partner to both employees and leadership. You’ll guide performance conversations, coach managers, and navigate employee relations with a balanced, solutions-focused approach. You’ll drive engagement initiatives, support change management efforts, and ensure policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly. Using data and insight, you’ll help leaders make informed decisions that improve culture, strengthen team performance, and create a safe, positive workplace where people feel supported and heard. What You’ll Bring: 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments Proven success influencing and partnering with mid-level leaders and hourly workforce to drive engagement, performance, and retention Strong employee relations and investigation experience, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment Ability to use data, trends, and workforce metrics to guide decisions and present insights to leadership Experience shaping and implementing HR strategy, policies, and programs that strengthen culture and support business objectives A track record of being hands-on and present on the floor, building trust, visibility, and credibility within operations teams Even Better If: You have hands-on experience with WURK (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) You have experience in cannabis, CPG, retail, or similarly regulated environments Curaleaf Pay Transparency $112,000—$125,000 USD What We Offer: Career Growth Opportunities Competitive Pay and Benefits Generous PTO and Parental Leave 401(K) Retirement Plan Life/ Disability Insurance Community Involvement Referral Bonuses and Product Discounts Benefits vary by state, role type, and eligibility.
