We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Grover, you will own and elevate the performance marketing strategy and execution across paid media channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, activation, and retention through innovative, data-driven campaigns, with a particular focus on Google Ads and Paid Social Media. Your goal is to drive efficient growth across multiple markets managing multi-million Euro budgets. 🎯 What you will contribute: Take charge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta campaigns, optimizing for both web and app performance. Develop, test, and iterate data-driven strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Manage cross-channel budgets, balancing spending efficiency with campaign impact and scalability. Partner with BI, Risk and Purchasing to leverage insights for continuous portfolio, audience and performance improvements. Collaborate with external partners, such as marketing platforms, feed management, agencies and managed services to expand campaign capabilities and drive innovation. Work alongside brand, product, and category teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and to enhance conversion rates along the funnel. Stay up-to-date on emerging features in Google Ads, Paid Social platforms, and other performance marketing tools to ensure best practices and state-of-the-art campaign management. 🤝 What you bring: 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a strong track record of optimizing large-scale accounts in fast-paced, agile environments. Deep knowledge of the full Google Ads funnel (Search, YT, DemandGen, Shopping, Pmax, App). A strong data-driven mindset with familiarity in conversion tracking, attribution models, and tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and Appsflyer. Ability to act as a cross-functional facilitator between analytical and creative teams. Experience in B2C subscription-based and/or e-commerce industries and knowledge of App Install campaigns are highly appreciated.
