Sr. Phlebotomy Representative Site Lead - Louisville, KY, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends    *Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required – exemptions from vaccination requirement for medical and religious reasons will be considered if a conditional offer of employment is extended.                               Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs). Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Consistently provide error-free work, handle more complex collections / patient situations and resolve escalated issues while supporting on-site staff.  May be responsible for a larger team or broader scope of staff assignments. Demonstrate the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.   Pay range: $20.81+ per hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
