REQUIREMENTS:

1) Bachelors in mechanical engineering or equivalent. MEP experience is a must
2) 6-8 years’ experience
3) The ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and manage time effectively is critical. Some projects will be in the sales stage, some in execution stage and within execution at different stages from procurement, to layouts to active site supervision. You will need to juggle priorities and manage 4-5 projects in parallel
4) UAE Driving license mandatory
5) AutoCAD skills are very important (2D mandatory/3D preferred). Review and create P&ID’s, layouts and interpreting drawings is critical

1) Help support the piping solutions business within CHS. We do a variety of piping in MS, SS, Aluminum, UPVC, GRP, etc related to the flow of compressed air and chilled water
2) For sales opportunities - Work on engineering, layout drawings, BOQ creation, estimation and final proposal to the client
3) For active projects - be the central point of contact for all project execution including but not limited to hiring of skilled contract labor, procurement of materials at best prices/quality in coordination with CHS procurement team, site supervision, project management and reporting. Various resources depending on the project and scope will be brought on to help you as needed
4) Co-ordinate with site supervisor/foreman to ensure daily project planning. Goal setting, monitor progress and schedule alignment and ensuring project is completed on time and in budget is key
5) Report to management and customers on project progress and schedules through weekly reports
