Job Description We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and elevate our operations to new heights! This is a 1 year Maternity cover position. Core Responsibilities Secure a seamless flow of deliveries from upstream to downstream partners by driving coherent and transparent planning of all standard novelty equipment’s, reorder and ECR equipment in R&D Processing Manage portfolio inflow and frame setting a balanced capacity and demand for all Standard Novelty decorations and equipment, Re-order flex- and ECR equipment Drive a strong collaboration and secure efficient communication with other important Engineering value chains – especially Graphical Design Teams in product development, element and mould development, Global Planning and local planning – from a planning point of view Support establishing and developing planning principles and ways of operating to continuously improve the performance of the R&D Processing novelty value chain (lead time, plan alignment and efficiency) Monitor and report on value chain performance through establishment of strong performance management structure Support improvement activities to further reduce lead time, cost, plan alignment and/or effectiveness of value chain Play your part in our team succeeding Planning & Operational Development is a multi-functional team that supports R&D Processing in the end-to-end development and manufacture of Processing equipment. The equipment is a core part of our delivery: to enable decorations on LEGO elements – from smiling minifigures to new and exciting themes under way. The team has three main pillars of focus: We are the central capacity & demand and planning function, enabling newness and efficiency while managing complexity. We build the data foundation for what success looks like in R&D Processing to ensure happy partners and build further on this to ensure data driven decision making We drive the digital transformation in R&D Processing. Optimizing and digitizing processes and tools. Being a hub for the digital toolbox that we expand to other colleagues as well. The Sr. Planner strongly supports the first pillar, but naturally draws on the competencies present in the other two to enable smart solutions for the planning capabilities. Do you have what it takes? Tech Skills: Advanced user of Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. Development Experience: Knowledge of product/equipment development processes. Operational Insight: Strong understanding of operations management. Improvement Focus: Ability to enhance development processes. Collaborative: Effective communicator across diverse functions and cultures. Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects. Engineering & Production: Understanding of engineering and production processes. Global Experience: Preferably worked with global manufacturing sites.
