Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling – Develop resource/cost-loaded baseline programmes in Primavera P6; prepare look-ahead schedules, S-curves, manpower histograms, and cash flows.
Engineering & Coordination – Integrate engineering deliverables, authority approvals, and BIM 4D simulations; track long-lead items.
Progress Monitoring & Control – Implement physical progress measurement, earned value analysis, dashboards, and recovery planning.
Change Management & Claims – Assess impacts, prepare delay analyses, and support EOT/claims as per FIDIC.
Procurement & Logistics – Align procurement schedules with site execution; manage delivery and installation sequencing.
Risk & Recovery Planning – Maintain schedule risk registers, run what-if scenarios, and propose acceleration measures.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management – Present programme status to Clients/Consultants; align with commercial and authority requirements.
Compliance & Handover – Plan testing, commissioning, handover dossiers, and O&M deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
8–12+ years’ experience in MEP planning/scheduling (GCC experience preferred)
Expertise in Primavera P6 (Advanced Level)
