* Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project. * Prepare baseline programs in line with contract requirements. * Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors for progress updates. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules. * Analyze delays, prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and support dispute resolution. * Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure optimal utilization. * Track key milestones, critical paths, and provide early warning alerts on potential risks. * Support tendering teams by preparing project schedules, manpower histograms, and methodology programs. * Ensure compliance with client and consultant reporting requirements. * Assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring project cost vs. budget.
