Job Description Responsible for the design and coordination of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems for large-scale building projects such as airports, metro stations, and commercial complexes. Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for plumbing and firefighting systems. Ensure designs comply with national/international standards and project requirements. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for design integration. Review vendor submissions and shop drawings. Conduct site visits for design validation and technical support. Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and material selection. Qualifications B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university. 10 to 15 years of experience in designing Plumbing systems for Buildings, Airports, Metro Stations or similar large-scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA) Strong communication skills... teamwork... client relations... willingness to travel Additional Information Expertise in water supply, drainage, and firefighting system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software. Good understanding of NBC, IS codes, and international standards. Strong coordination and communication skills.
