Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [Sr. Portfolio Management Manager] located in [New Taipei, Taiwan]. Reporting to Director, Product Management. This position will in charge of driving measurable operational improvements. What a typical day looks like: Improving OP metrics, especially profit and loss (P&L) indicators. Reducing costs through: CBOM (Cost Before Operations Manufacturing) optimization. Direct labor and manufacturing overhead (MOH) cost control. Leading small projects that deliver quantifiable dollar improvements over time. Differentiating from traditional PM roles by focusing on performance tracking rather than just product launches. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of product management experience. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. A broad understanding of cost structures, with factory-side experience preferred. Strong communication skills and patience, especially to manage change resistance within Design and operations teams. Fluent English is mandatory.
