SENIOR PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER / SENIOR ESTIMATOR

This is NOT just an oversight position — this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, cradle-to-grave estimating role where you’ll:

• Lead strategy and client relationships
• Perform detailed take-offs and bid creation
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to win work and grow the pipeline

✅_ What You’ll Do:_

• Take ownership of the entire preconstruction process
• Perform take-offs, create bids, and manage proposals (conceptual, negotiated and Design-Build projects)
• Collaborate closely with executives, project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and value.
• Drive project strategy and pricing decisions
• Play a critical role in winning exciting projects and expanding market presence.

✅_ What We’re Looking For:_

• 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience (commercial/industrial GC or developer background preferred).
• Strong hands-on skills in take-offs, quantity surveying, and bid creation.
• Comfortable leading strategy discussions while actively building estimates.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred, not required).
