UKG is looking for an Enterprise Solution Consultant – Talent & Engagement to join our team. If you are talented, energetic, and committed to delivering quality demonstrations of our UKG software and solutions, this is the perfect place to work and grow professionally.
The Enterprise Solution Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and development of impactful product demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle as well as with the Presales Solution Consulting team.
Your previous experience in a presales role with HCM systems, specifically talent and engagement solutions including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and/or Learning is required. In addition, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and a “whatever it takes” attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of industry experience including knowledge of Human Resource practices
  • 3+ years of presales/solution consulting experience in HCM products (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Talent and/or Learning)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Be a confident presenter within a team selling environment
  • Strong experience presenting to executives at enterprise organizations
  • Must possess high energy and be eager to get out in the market to convincingly tell our story
  • Must be a good listener; ability to understand a prospect’s unspoken but implied criteria
  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting
  • Must possess the attitude of “Whatever it Takes” to get the job done!

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:

  • SPHR/PHR designations desired

  • 35% Travel Required

Responsibilities

PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations and solution demonstrations of our Talent & Engagement products with a clear, strong value message
  • Customize presentations and configure solutions for enterprise-level audiences and business issues to close targeted business
  • Qualify, consolidate, and prioritize requirements for the sales demo
  • Act as the primary liaison between the field and supporting functions for product positioning, fit and support, including addition of new capabilities from product engineering
  • Provide support for RFP/RFIs, proposals and other sales-support communications
  • Participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities to promote awareness of UKG solutions
  • Maintain expertise in UKG solutions
