We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Pricing Analyst to take ownership of our pricing structure, customer pricing compliance, and operational tools. This role is critical in both developing forward-thinking pricing strategies and ensuring our day-to-day execution aligns with customer contracts and internal controls. You’ll also become a key stakeholder in optimizing our ERP system.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve customer job pricing, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, rate structures, and internal guidelines.
  • Analyze pricing performance, margins, and revenue impacts across business segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to evaluate and implement pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.
  • Own the ERP pricing workflow (both native and Netsuite): gain deep expertise in how pricing operates within our system, and proactively work with the technology team to:
  • Identify bugs, inefficiencies, or automation opportunities
  • Prioritize enhancements that support scalable pricing execution
  • Act as the functional expert for pricing-related system changes
  • Translate pricing insights into compelling, actionable reports for customers and/or stakeholders
  • Generate and distribute aged inventory reports to Sales, guide the application of FMVs to unsold assets, and ensure timely pricing resolution to support SLA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or business analytics—ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or a B2B/B2C product environment.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar); experience managing or enhancing ERP workflows
  • Advanced analytical skills in Excel, SQL, and/or Python; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can break down complex data into meaningful guidance for cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
