Description:
Pay Range (Annual):
$161,700.00 - $300,300.00
At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem solving skills and above average communication abilities collaborating with R&D software teams, working with internal customers (TAC, Professional Services and Account teams), as well as external customers.
Will be primarily working with newly released software (NPI) from an end-to-end solution perspective, prototyping customer deployment eco-systems, creating collateral and demonstrating new features, and moreover to facilitate adoption in customer operations environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting technical customer requirements and providing feedback on suggested improvements to R&D software teams
- Assisting customers with complex back-office system integration
- Reviewing the R&D scenarios for coverage for ongoing releases and suggest improvements as necessary
- Testing the end-to-end scenarios and driving the issues and improvements back to R&D for current and/or subsequent product releases. Setup best QA practices.
- Setting up stress test environments in a lab.
- Supporting account teams (Sales and Professional Services) and TAC by participating in customer technical and troubleshooting calls and perform RCA.
- Supporting account teams with customer product and feature demonstrations
- Ability to work individually or as a member of a team
- Some travel required to customer premises
