The Internal Secure Access product is a cornerstone of this effort, providing Oracle employees and systems with secure, reliable, and streamlined access to internal resources, development environments, and corporate data. This platform is essential for protecting Oracle's intellectual property, ensuring operational continuity, and enabling our engineers to innovate at speed and scale. Oracle is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Principal Product Manager to lead and drive the strategy, roadmap, and adoption for Oracle's Internal Secure Access. This is a highly influential role demanding deep expertise in security principles, enterprise IT infrastructure, and a passion for enhancing developer productivity and internal user experience. You will be responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class internal secure access experience, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of Oracle's internal community, aligns with our corporate security posture, and drives operational efficiencies. You will act as the voice of your internal users, working closely with executive leadership within Enterprise Engineering, corporate security teams, various engineering groups, and operations to deliver impactful solutions. The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams.
