OnSemi is seeking a Senior Principal Analog design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including LED drivers, SiC/MOS/IGBT/motor/GAN drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following Mentor junior Analog IC design engineers Lead multiple analog IPs with IP ownership and responsibility from definition, IP execution to release to manufacturing Able to resolve complex analog problem and propose and implement the solution Provide design guidance as needed, developing schedules and monitoring progress throughout the project Evaluate intermediate and results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives Work with and provide guidance to physical designers and monitors the progress of IC layout Collaborate with Design Verification teams during the pre-tapeout phase of a project to ensure completion of all technical tasks before tapeout Work with systems engineers, application engineers and marketing assisting in the definition of the product to meet customer needs as well as contributing to roadmap formulation and new concept creation Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production Provide technical leadership in driving architecture design and circuit design based on high-level specifications Own technical outcomes of design, verification, implementation, and execution of power management ICs with complexities that can span from simple regulators to complex mixed-signal designs and control loops Understand project goals, create a realistic schedule and resource plan, track execution schedule to plan, monitor progress, and provide full clarity to the team on the goals and objectives. #LI-RG1 onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
