Build what powers tomorrow—join Intervala, where advanced electronics manufacturing meets innovation, precision, and purpose. ---------------------------------------- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to establish, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems. This role is critical in reducing cost, improving quality and sustainability, and driving best practices within a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Organize, implement, and maintain production processes * Develop and maintain assembly instructions, workmanship standards, and process documentation * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality, productivity, and cost efficiency * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues (process, equipment, or programming related) * Collaborate with production planning to ensure assemblies have proper programs, documentation, and processes * Provide and analyze manufacturing data to track performance against targets * Partner with Design Engineering on DFX initiatives, including: * Design for Cost * Design for Test * Design for Manufacturability * Design for Assembly * Interface with suppliers regarding manufacturing processes * Research and justify new manufacturing technologies to enhance capacity, quality, and cost savings * Program manufacturing and inspection equipment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Advanced knowledge of circuit card manufacturing and assembly processes * Experience with SMT processes, programming, setup, and operation * Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Design of Experiments (DOE) * Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards * Strong technical writing and documentation skills * Strong analytical skills (data analysis, trend analysis, reporting with charts/graphs) * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Required Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field + 7 years of experience OR Associate degree + 9 years of experience OR High school diploma + 12 years of relevant experience * Experience in electronic and/or electromechanical manufacturing * Experience in ISO 9000, ISO 13485, or AS9000 regulated environments * Hands-on experience with SMT circuit card assembly processes and equipment   Why You’ll Love Working Here * Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off * Be part of a company that’s growing, changing, and full of new opportunities * A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter * Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world   ---------------------------------------- Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).   Intervala is required to verify the status of all employees to determine whether each employee is a U.S. Person or a Foreign Person for the purposes of determining if an export authorization is required to approve an employee’s access to export-controlled items, not as a condition for hire.   Equal Opportunity Employer Intervala, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
