Description
M.S. or higher degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or Engineering Discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in photomask manufacturing, photo lithography, or other optics related field Understanding of optical imaging systems, simulation experience is a plus (SLitho or similar) Improve process performance, consistency and uptime by applying pFMEA and SPC of critical parameters Work with Fab team to address day-to-day questions and issues Investigate and address root causes of process issues and failed repairs (tune recipes, train technicians, initiate tool repairs, etc.) Provide 1:1 training and mentoring as appropriate, conduct area meetings, perform OJT skill assessments Assist with difficult reticles and repairs Provide expert insight and assistance for defect analysis to other engineering teams
Responsibilities
The Sr Process Engineer will improve process performance, consistency, and uptime by applying pFMEA and SPC of critical parameters. They will also investigate and address root causes of process issues and provide expert insight for defect analysis.
