JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, chemicals, materials science, or a related field.
  • Min 8 years of experience in lithography process engineering, preferably in HVM semiconductor environment.
  • Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and SPC tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize photolithography process for SAW and BAW fabrication.
  • Take ownership and resolve complex lithography process issues, ensuring high yield and quality standards.
  • Investigate and analyze root cause to problems with DMAIC systematic approach.
  • Determine, implement, and improve Production Control Instruction (PCI) & Out of Control Plan (OCAP).
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and maintain process stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all continuous improvement activities.
  • Teamwork with vendors and equipment engineers to evaluate and qualify lithography tools and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
