REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in manufacturing process technology or inspection technology in the semiconductor or electronic device industry (3 years or more).
• Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.
• Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.
• Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Specialized experience in automated wafer defect inspection technology
• Project management experience
• Language skills (English) at or above the daily conversation level required for work

• Establish the automated optical defect inspection(AOI) technology for each defect modes.
• Develop the inspection recipes on the existing AOI.
• Analysis defect images/data, rootcause investigation, and the leading for improvement activities.
• Establish the statistical anomaly detection system using SPC, etc.
