REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in process technology/equipment technology for BAW/SAW filters and semiconductor devices, especially in the various metrology technique (Experience: 5 years or more).
• Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.
• Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.
• Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in equipment monitoring using FDC and equipment log data other than Metrology technique. Additionally, experience in building APC methods/systems.
• Language skills (English) at or above the daily conversation level required for work.

• Establishment of process conditions for metrology process, analysis and statistical analysis to identify factors.
• Establishment of optimal process flow (including establishment of measurement method).
• Establish the statistical anomaly detection system using SPC, etc.
