REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in manufacturing process technology or inspection technology in the semiconductor or electronic device industry (3 years or more).
  • Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.
  • Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.
  • Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Specialized experience in semiconductor process integration engineer
  • Project management experience
  • Language skills (English) at or above the daily conversation level required for work

Responsibilities
  • Identifying the causes of process issues based on physical analysis of failures/defects and statistical analysis of in-line data
  • Leading the improvement plan, verification, and introduction of improvement measures in collaboration with each process element technology
  • Improving process detection capabilities by reviewing inspection processes, etc.
  • Extracting the new products/new technology issues and working on improvements with the development team
