POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Optimization Senior Strategist to lead the design and execution of transformative process improvement initiatives. This role will focus on devising and implementing strategies to optimize selected business processes, while building frameworks that establish long-term operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, proven success in standing up centers of competency/excellence for process intelligence, and strong leadership skills to drive change in customer-facing environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in process optimization, business transformation, or operational excellence.
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and related process improvement methodologies (Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing strategy for Centers of Competency/Excellence in process intelligence.

  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess performance, track ROI, and ensure long-term success of process initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership on trends and innovations in process intelligence, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
