PROCUREMENT & SUPPLIER SUPPORT:

Supplier Sourcing:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers/vendors that can provide high-tech materials, equipment, and services for immersive experience projects.

Order Management:

• Raise purchase orders, track order progress, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services in accordance with project timelines.

Negotiation Support:

• Support the Procurement Manager in negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, high-quality standards, and favorable delivery terms.

Vendor Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and resolving any issues related to product availability, quality, or delivery timelines.
