Domain Expertise & Strong Business Insight - Apply procurement knowledge in capital construction and facilities operations.Incorporate guidelines and lessons learned to optimize program outcomes. Data-Driven Decision Making - Interpret and act on data to guide decisions and deliver strategic insights. Ensure programs achieve measurable benefits through data analysis and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Procurement, or related field. 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in program management. Proven track record in program delivery and change management. Proficiency in Power Automate, O365, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, and Agile/backlog tools (Azure, Jira, Confluence). Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP). SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification (PROSCI).
