As a Sr. Designer at ASI, you will be responsible for leading the design of complex features and products while mentoring junior product designers. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and user needs. You will help to evolve our systems and practices as we continue to grow and advocate UX throughout the organization.
The pay range for this position is $130,000 -$140,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant product design experience in complex B2B experiences.
• Practical experience in shipping real products that solve real problems for real people.
• Experience performing all functions of the product design lifecycle, including research, product strategy, wireframes, prototypes, high-quality UI delivery, documentation, and user testing.
• Demonstrative examples of product work in a portfolio.
• Ability to articulate and unfold your design decisions with an iterative mentality and embrace feedback with a growth mindset.
• Clear writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of business and product metrics.
• Experience building and/or maintaining a scalable design system.
• BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) in Digital Product Design or similar field.
