Lead Continuous Discovery: Conduct ongoing user research and synthesize qualitative data into actionable product decisions. Use AI as a Force Multiplier: Leverage modern AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and insights. Shape the Roadmap: Advocate for user needs and influence product direction with evidence-based conclusions. Build Shoulder-to-Shoulder: Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and product leads. Evolve the Design System: Contribute reusable patterns to maintain quality and visual consistency. Push Toward Adaptive UX: Shape personalized user experiences with innovative design approaches. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or complex B2B SaaS. A builder mindset with a history of delivering beyond design mockups. Proven research skills with the ability to conduct and analyze rapid user testing. Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to optimize design processes.
