As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping thoughtful, engaging, and data-informed experiences for a fast-growing user base. You’ll lead end-to-end design across mobile and web products, turning complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Content Design teams, you’ll translate research insights into innovative, high-quality designs that empower healthier, more connected lifestyles. Accountabilities Lead the design of new and integrated user experiences across mobile and web platforms, from concept to polished delivery. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Content Design to align on strategy, feasibility, and execution. Use research and data insights to inform design decisions, improving engagement, retention, and subscription metrics. Develop clear user journeys, interaction patterns, and scalable design systems that extend across product surfaces. Create prototypes, test ideas through experimentation and A/B testing, and iterate based on user feedback. Deliver design documentation, flows, and edge cases that enable seamless implementation and QA. Advocate for user needs, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical constraints. Contribute to design critiques and continuously elevate design quality, systems clarity, and brand consistency. 4+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on mobile and web consumer products. Proven record of shipping integrated, high-quality experiences within established design systems. Strong interaction and systems design skills, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end work — from discovery to launch. Skilled in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with strong collaboration and file management habits. Proficiency in data-informed design practices, including usability testing and experimentation frameworks. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Experience designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web, with a strong understanding of accessibility principles. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
