Join our Retail App Design team as an experienced Sr. Product Designer and help shape the tools used by Apple’s retail team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on design role. The ideal candidate has a passion for taking on complex problems by designing elegant, simple, intuitive solutions.
DESCRIPTION
As a Sr. Product Designer, you would play a key role in shaping the user experience across the suite of apps used by Apple Store team members. This role involves creating & leading innovative solutions that drive growth and adoption, staying curious about new spaces and technology, designing with behavioral principles in mind, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is carried through to development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Create designs, help set & uphold design standards, and patterns across various digital experiences and platforms. - Outstanding ability to communicate your ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership through storytelling, visuals, and presentations. - Distill complexity to create simple and innovative design solutions that can be adopted in Apple Retail Stores and contact centers globally. - Conduct and consult on user research - analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform design solutions and future strategies.
