Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Designer who combines creativity with user-centered design principles to craft intuitive and engaging experiences. Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Conduct user research and usability testing. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver seamless user experiences. Ensure brand consistency across all product designs. Conduct user research, build personas, and map customer journeys. Own and shape the user experience across multiple apps and platforms (customer app, driver app, restaurant app, internal tools). Advocate for users at every stage of product development, using data, research, and analytics to guide decisions. 5+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design. Strong portfolio that goes beyond visuals—showcasing strategic thinking, UX research, and complete product design journeys (from idea → research → high-fidelity designs → post-development analysis). Proven experience designing mobile applications; experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics apps is a strong plus. Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma or Sketch). Knowledge of design systems, accessibility best practices, and data-driven design. Ability to balance business needs with user experience to create impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Product Designer will translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while conducting user research and usability testing. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences across multiple apps and platforms.
