Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development for jersey garments, in either, sportswear, RTW, menswear, and womenswear.
Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, trims, and finishing techniques.
Familiarity with PLM systems, preferably Centric PLM, is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability in product development.
Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire product development cycle from initial concept to SMS.
Work closely with design teams to transform creative ideas into market-ready products.
Coordinate with R&D to select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes.
Conduct fittings and sample reviews to ensure product integrity and quality standards.
Establish and nurture relationships with global suppliers.
Monitor industry trends and implement innovative solutions for product improvement.
Maintain up-to-date records and data management within the PLM system.
