Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric development, and testing standards for sleepwear. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and PLM systems; familiarity with retailer development portals a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple categories and deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence cross-functional partners and vendors. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a deadline-driven environment.
