POSITION SUMMARY:

Beyondsoft is seeking a Sr. Industry AI Solution Consultant for a permanent hybrid role based in Redmond, WA.
For this role we are seeking a seasoned professional with deep domain expertise and a passion for leveraging AI/Generative AI (GenAI) to solve industry-specific challenges. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping strategic solutions, and guiding PoC development. This individual will act as a crucial bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners to design and deliver groundbreaking AI/GenAI solutions that align with market trends and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • LEAD INDUSTRY-FOCUSED AI/GENAI INITIATIVESDrive the ideation, development, and implementation of next-generation AI/GenAI solutions within your area of industry expertise. Monitor trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to shape the solution roadmap.
  • HANDS-ON POC DEVELOPMENTCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create proof-of-concept demos that illustrate the potential impact of AI/GenAI for prospective clients, even if deep programming skills are not required.
  • CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENTServe as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of business needs, technical possibilities, and project progress.
  • PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATIONPresent complex AI/GenAI solutions to non-technical stakeholders, both internally (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Delivery) and externally (e.g., clients, partners). Tailor messaging to diverse audiences to foster understanding and buy-in.
  • TECHNICAL LIAISONConvert client requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. Provide ongoing feedback to refine solutions and address evolving client needs.
  • BUSINESS ANALYSIS & STRATEGYGather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose data-driven strategies to maximize AI/GenAI ROI. Ensure alignment between client objectives and overall project goals.
  • PROJECT LEADERSHIPManage end-to-end solution lifecycles, from initial concept through deployment. Coordinate with global, cross-functional teams to meet deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • INDUSTRY TREND MONITORINGStay current with leading-edge AI/GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry use cases (including Generative AI, Large Language Models, etc.). Incorporate market intelligence into solution offerings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing, industry-focused role driving business solutions—preferably involving AI/ML or Generative AI.
  • In-depth industry expertise in one or more verticals (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.), with a keen understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
  • People with Product Manager/ Pre Sales experience, and played a key role in building solutions in certain industry should be better than someone who has solid DS or Dev back ground
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-pilot, Deep Seek).
  • This role is a business role rather than a technical role. Experience of building vertical industry solution is preferred.
  • Ability to guide PoC development using AI/GenAI frameworks; strong conceptual understanding of AI lifecycles and solution architectures.
  • Proven track record of presenting complex technical solutions to diverse audiences in English (and other relevant languages, if applicable).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects, collaborating across functions, and driving initiatives to completion on time and within scope.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment with distributed teams.
  • Basic understanding of coding and development workflows (e.g., Python, AI/ML frameworks) is helpful but not required to be extensive.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a consulting or technology solutions firm, interfacing with multiple clients and projects.
  • Ongoing education/certifications in AI, ML, and project management.
  • Working knowledge of modern data engineering and analytics practices to complement AI/GenAI initiatives.
