In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the experience for channel partners, overseeing the end-to-end journeys of distributors and resellers. By translating partnership needs into actionable product outcomes, you will lead the development of innovative partner-facing capabilities that drive activation and revenue growth. Conduct product discovery through research, interviews with partners, and internal stakeholder engagement. Translate partner needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics. Collaborate on technical design for partner identity, role-based access, and multi-tenant flows. Establish and monitor KPIs like partner activation time and portal adoption. Ensure cross-functional alignment with Partnerships, Sales Ops, Legal, and Marketing. Utilize analytics and partner feedback to optimize portal and journey experiences. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience with complex B2B products and demonstrated ownership. Proven experience in developing partner-facing products. Familiarity with CRM/partner ecosystems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Experience in designing role-based access, multi-tenant flows, and onboarding/self-service. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics, experimentation, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
