About the Role
We are a large, established healthcare technology company making a major push in the US market. We are seeking a Sr. Lead Product Manager to lead strategic direction, market insights, and product planning for our CT and PET-CT portfolio. This individual will guide the product lifecycle from concept to market readiness, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and growth.
Responsibilities
Market Insights & Strategy
- Identify market opportunities and portfolio gaps to drive growth and profitability
- Analyze clinical and business trends, working with upstream marketing specialists to validate customer needs and value propositions
- Assess market size, segmentation, pricing models, and competitive positioning
- Develop and recommend product portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives
Product Management
- Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and product gaps to guide innovation
- Evaluate new product opportunities, clinical applications, and technology advancements
- Develop business cases to support product investments and assess overall market viability
- Translate customer insights and research into product requirements for development teams
- Engage directly with customers, clinical experts, and sales teams to refine concepts and usability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize attributes that drive differentiation
- Partner with clinical teams on research studies that support adoption and regulatory approvals
- Provide recommendations for pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare systems strategy
- Represent the portfolio at industry conferences and events
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with marketing and partner development teams to drive KOL engagement and strategy initiatives
- Act as liaison between global business units, engineering, regulatory, and marketing functions
- Support cross-functional teams with product expertise and commercialization readiness
- Work with global marketing teams to develop materials that communicate product differentiation to external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in marketing, health sciences, or related field
- 9+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, with expertise in product development, marketing, or CT imaging
- Strong business insight and knowledge of upstream/downstream marketing and product development
- Understanding of CT & PET-CT technology, clinical applications, and healthcare reimbursement models
- Experience with customer needs analysis, market segmentation, and product positioning
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with KOLs and advisory boards
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and approval processes
