Description

Experience writing detailed product requirements (e.g., PRDs, user stories) and performing discovery and validation activities. Master's degree or MBA. Experience with adventure, outdoor, or automotive-related digital products or services. Experience in a fast-paced, complex organization, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership abilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Experience work in matrix-size organizations, with strong cross-collaboration with engineering, design, and other teams. Proven experience leading end-to-end product development for in-vehicle, mobile, or web platforms. A proven track record of successful product launches and driving measurable business impact. Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies to inform product decisions. Experience with PRFAQs or similar narrative-driven product development frameworks.
