ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Restaurant Technology team as a Sr. Product Manager - Franchise Products based in Shelton, CT or Miami, FL. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that streamline business operations for thousands of Subway franchisees across the globe. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for on-schedule and on-budget delivery of key initiatives as well as ensuring reliability of existing platforms globally. The Sr. Product Manager will be focused on people, process and tools to improve the performance of the teams. The leader should have right balance of technology, product management, program management and leadership skills. The Sr. Product Manager will be leading a team of Technical Leads, Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters and Testers consisting of employees, as well as, vendor partners. The Sr. Product Manager should have prior experience in negotiating and managing vendor contracts. The Sr. Product Manager should operate with a sense of urgency in highly complex and changing environment.
